Halle Berry picked a metallic Versace gown for this evening's Oscars in LA, and on her way inside, she caught up with this year's best actress nominee Quvenzhané Wallis. Halle's among the many celebrities presenting at this year's ceremony. She is not in the running for a statue, but, of course, won one for her role in Monster's Ball in 2002. During this year's award season, Halle's turned out for a handful of shows. Halle wore Versace to the Golden Globes, where her film Cloud Atlas was in the running for best original score, an honor which went to Life of Pi. She also stepped out for BET Honors and the NAACP Image Awards. Halle, though, received an accolade all her own last October when Variety acknowledged her advocacy on behalf of battered women.
