Luv iT! I'm 33 and will be going with my friend who is 38 but I will wait until the screaming fans stop...maybe 2nd or 3rd week because I actually want to hear the movie and not the screaming. I think it's sad to limit yourself to something as small as reading certain books just b/c of your age. It's sad that some people will miss out on one of the best stories out there just because they're to close-minded to explore.

There's no way I'm seeing it for weeks to come. If I heard one girl scream in the cinema, I'd have to punch her.

the twilight stories seem really cool and i might read the books one day soon, but holy lordy, the acting was so bad in the first film, there's no way i'm going to buy a ticket for the 2nd one with all the same actors! i'll wait for it to be on TMN (the movie network in canada) and see it for free.

A group of us will be hitting the encore screening of Twilight at 9PM CST this Thursday and then staying for the New Moon release at 12:01AM CST on Friday. It's going to be a long, but EXCITING night!

I am a 25 year old and I am going with my best friends who are 26 and 30. We have had tickets for about 1 month now for 12:01 on the 20th and have tickets for it again on the 20th. We had a countdown going for about 3 months now. Excited does not even begin to explain it!

No I plan on seeing it after the first couple of weeks of opening. My nerves can't handle the crowds or screaming. I know some are also going for that experience but not me. It is going to be hard hearing about it and not seeing since I am a huge fan. But it's worth the wait. By the way I am in my thirties and do not have any daughters or teenagers and love the books.

I'm a "grown up" too and I think the Twilight excitement is a wonderful piece of fantasy/distraction from everyday living. No such thing as being "too old" to enjoy a little make-believe...I will love the Wizard of Oz forever, as well as The Princess Bride and Star Wars, etc. I'm waiting until the "screamers" have seen the movie several times before I go (lol). But I intend to enjoy every moment with my "grown up" friends!
