YouTube Star Ingrid Nilsen Comes Out as Gay in a Truly Emotional Video

YouTube personality Ingrid Nilsen — whose amazing food videos you may have seen on POPSUGAR Girls' Guide — has come out as gay in a truly emotional clip that she posted to her channel on Tuesday. In the video, titled "Something I Want You to Know," Ingrid wastes no time making her announcement, saying, "I guess I'm just going to get right to it. There's something I want you to know, and that something is . . . I'm gay." She tears up while continuing, "It feels so good to say that. This moment is real and it's here, and I've been waiting for this a long time." Ingrid goes on to detail her experiences growing up in a somewhat intolerant household and her history of relationships with men.
