JT and Cammie's Hawaiian Love Nest

JT and Cammie's Hawaiian Love Nest

We told you JT and Cameron purchased a home while vacationing in Hawaii. Now there are reports about an unidentified buyer purchasing a $24 million "mini-Four Seasons" property. Hmm, I wonder who they are talking about. Well guess what, we got some pics of their love nest. Looks like these two really are planning their future together. The Honolulu Advertiser reports:

A pair of resortlike homes fronting Kailua Beach set a residential property sales record for Windward O'ahu yesterday in a $24 million transaction.

The main house and "guest house" of Honda Windward owner Morrie Stoebner sold to an unidentified buyer through Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.

"It's a mini-Four Seasons — it's that caliber," said Tracy Pflueger, the Coldwell Banker agent who represented the buyer and seller in the deal.

lol, thanks jennifer. I couldn't figure out how to find any hotels in a place other than Honolulu on Orbitz, so I've been looking into renting a condo for three nights. Turtle Bay Hilton is probably way easier since I don't have to jump through hoops to get him a room.

Colorme - Oh, when I say Turtle Bay, I mean the Turtle Bay Hilton. LOL I don't even think of Turtle Bay as a place. :) The Turtle Bay Hilton is very nice.

Yup Jenna, there's often a breeze here in Hawaii, when the tradewinds are blowing. The only time we get real nasty humidity is when we have a rainy day, and it's muggy outside. The only real complaint I have about living in Hawaii is the high cost of living here. But as you will often hear, that's the price you pay to live in Paradise! ;-)

I have been to Maui 3 times and I don't recall ever seeing a cockroach even outside...let alone in the hotel. I live in humidity central -Hotlanta- and hate summer because of it. Maybe I was so happy to be in Hawaii, but I never noticed the humidity. Plus, I was poolside or oceanside all day long so all i had was a nice seabreeze:)

I live in Hawaii, and have lived here for about a year and half now, and have yet to see a cockroach in my place. Yes, they are all over, but not as bad as you think. Humidity??? I love Hawaii because there is NO humidity! Well, compared to where I came from (Chicago) where the humidity was very high. Hawaii has beautiful weather, and that is one of the main things I'm going to miss when I leave next month. Other than that, the people are the friendliest you'll ever meet, and living aloha is a lifestyle I could only wish to have back on the mainland. As for Cammie and JT's house, well, Kailua Beach IS gorgeous, as you can see.

Nah jennifer76, it was only going to be for 4 days anyway. 5 hours flight time, not counting sitting around at the airport. I'd rather save my precious vacation time for something less humid. We've got plenty of that right now in LA. What was the hotel you stayed at? My husband is still going to go, and I haven't booked his trip yet.

But they're not THAT much a part of tropical life! OMG that's disgusting. I lived in Hawaii for a total of 17 years and never ONCE woke up with a cockroach anywhere near me. Colorme - I've stayed at Turtle Bay more times than I can count and I've never once seen a cockroach in that hotel. You're missing out, girl!

I have heard horror stories of Hawaiian cockroaches. Like when you get home you have to unpack your suitcase outside to make sure you don't get any in the house if you brought some home with you. lovekailua, if I lived in a place where the damn things FLEW you can bet a dollar to a donut I'd be out of there before you could blink. I'm suddenly glad I canceled my Turtle Bay vacation. *shiver*

These two bore me ... What on earth is to say about them ... maybe she'll get pregnant and they'll have to get married ... Or maybe he'll dump her and get back with Brittany Spears ...

I think a saltwater pool is one of the stupidest ideas out there...no less at a house ON THE OCEAN. (Good point, Ginger!)

i think id feel awful spending that type of money on anything except making people who dont have things have a little easier life. hmmmm.....
lovekailua lovekailua 9 years
unfortunately, cockroaches are a part of tropical life. In Florida we have palmetto bugs...basically huge cockroaches that FLY. anyway...my idea of heaven IS Kailua Beach (hmmm my Pop name!) and I am insanely jealous...of course, i wouldnt ever spend $24 mil on a house even if i had it. Can't wait for my next trip...*sigh*.

24 Million, I have no clue what that sort of money would even look like ... I can't imagine a home that would cost that kind of money ... Does it have diamonds imbedded into the paint. Damn ... I wish I had that kind of money, or even half of that.

IT doesn't seem all that large for 24 mil. I know it's beachfront and all, but I was expecting it to be more spectacular. And what's with the salt water pool thing? You don't have to clean it?
JennaV JennaV 9 years
I don't like JT with Cameron. I like them both and I like that Cameron got her hooks into a hot younger guy, but I don't like them together. House looks fab, but I like Maui better.
EuroGirl EuroGirl 9 years
For 24 Million I would expect them to deliver a house free of roaches.Don't care how, just make it happen LOL
