Jennifer Hudson Whitney Houston Tribute at Grammys (Video)

Jennifer Hudson Sings a Tribute to Whitney Houston

Jennifer Hudson performed "I Will Always Love You" in tribute to the passing of Whitney Houston at last night's Grammy Awards. The emotional in memoriam rendition of Whitney's iconic song came just one day after she passed away suddenly in LA on Saturday. Jennifer's performance was simple and moving — watch it again now.

Isn't she beautiful. American Idol contestants were well represented at last night's Grammies with Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, season's 1 and 4 winners, both singing duets. Jennifer Hudson, who was eliminated during season 3 with seven remaining contestants, however, stole the show. Jennifer stood there in the haunting shadows and sang Whitney's best song the way we wish Whitney might be singing now -victorious.
