Jennifer Lawrence opens up about her Hunger Games fame! OnCam: Hi there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw. Find out why Jennifer says she wasn't certain about taking on the beloved series in today's PopSugar Rush. Jennifer Lawrence is gold and glowing on the cover of Glamour! The Hunger Games star graces the magazine's April issue, striking a sweet — and sexy — pose as excitement continues to mount over the film's upcoming release. But according to Jennifer, she wasn't 100 percent sold on taking on the part of Katniss Everdeen in the beginning. She tells Glamour: "I knew from reading the books that I loved The Hunger Games. I just didn't know if it was worth changing my life for. [new card] I'm at a peaceful place now. The people who used to ignore me at parties, now they're nice to me and kissing my ass. But nobody's staked outside my house." JENNIFER LAWRENCE: "There's 24 of us, Gale, only one comes out." The film opens in theaters on March 23, and Jennifer's star will be bigger than ever. But it seems she's keeping relatively calm and low-key despite being on the brink of the next huge franchise. Our own PopSugar editor Molly Goodson recently spoke with her on The Hunger Games set. JOSH HUTCHERSON: "She's someone who doesn't care too much what people say or think, she's going to do her thing regardless . . . " "I'm doing what I love, and then I get months and months of rest. I have a lot of money for a 21-year-old. I can't stand it when actors complain." The magazine named Jennifer their number one hottest celebrity of 2012, on a list that includes other young stars like Emma Stone, Rooney Mara, and Elizabeth Olsen. You can check out her full interview when the issue hits newsstands March 6.
