Jennifer Lopez admits her music has helped her through hard times. Hey there, I'm Karli Bulnes. Hear J Lo's very personal interview and find out her future American Idol plans in today's PopSugar Rush. "I love the message of the song. That when something bad happens, your life is not over. You have to get up. You’re gonna live. You’re gonna be okay. You’re gonna dance again. I definitely related to that." Jennifer Lopez finds meaning in her music, saying her new song helped her through a tough time. The recently separated singer spoke to fellow American Idol star Ryan Seacrest on his radio show this morning to talk about the relatable tune. "Everybody goes through tough moments. Everybody goes through hard times, and I am no stranger to that myself." Jennifer looked like her usual stunning self last night on Idol's results episode, which included a performance by Nicki Minaj. Nicki stated she wants to join J Lo as a guest judge, but Ms. Lopez joked there may not be room for both curvy beauties behind the table. "We were all like, OK, come on, then she was like scoot over and I was like, I don't know about that, I don't know if we could share the same chair!" While Jennifer is clearly having fun during year two of doing the show, she told Ryan she isn't making any permanent plans to stay on the judges panel. "I know that this is what I'm meant to do, I just don't know what that next thing is gonna be, I kinda try to just go with what feels right." J Lo will premiere the video for "Dance Again" on American Idol on Thursday. The song will appear on a new CD, but for now, she's not sure if it will be part of a full album or a greatest hits collection.
