This Guy's Tongue-in-Cheek Jeopardy Response Is Pretty Perfect

If you're going to lose on Jeopardy, you may as well lose while making everyone laugh, right? Well, that's exactly what contestant Ari Voukydis decided to do when he didn't know the final question. The clue was, "In 1891, this European said, 'Perhaps my factories will put an end to war sooner than your congresses.'"
