New mom Jessica Alba threw on spandex pants and a tank yesterday for an exercise session in LA. The mom of two girls, who just welcomed baby Haven last month, has always been frank about how hard she works to get in shape after her pregnancies. Jessica started working out a week ago and recommends eating healthily six days a week and indulging on the seventh. The effort is clearly paying off for Jessica, since she's looked gorgeous while out and about since the birth. Her regimen also includes hiking, and Jessica joined a friend Monday for a "dirty and smelly" walk outdoors.
