Justin Bieber Explains His Apology Video, Then Goes on a Scaring Spree With Ellen

Justin Bieber made another appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week in order to show people that he's trying to move on from his past public mistakes. Justin stopped by the show just last week to help Ellen celebrate her 57th birthday, and after the episode aired, the singer shared an emotional video on his Facebook page to explain how nervous he was. He said that he doesn't want to come off as "arrogant or conceited" or be judged for "basically how I've been acting the past year and a half."

When Ellen asked him about the video, Justin reiterated his message, saying, "I thought I just looked really extranervous, and I kind of just wanted to explain myself." After his heartfelt interview, Ellen played a clip of herself and Justin scaring the crap out of unsuspecting audience members in the ladies' bathroom; they pretended to be caught making out and even donned creepy costumes while playing instruments in the stall. It's truly hilarious stuff — watch Justin's interview with Ellen above and the scaring session video below.
