Kabbalah Cult Exposed

Radar has been spending months researching the celebrity-friendly lifestyle and multimillion dollar franchise following which includes water, candles and bracelets. ABC's 20/20 will air parts of the stories which are first exclusively on Radar's site today. Madonna was threatening last week not to appear on ABC shows because of the dirt they plan to expose on 20/20.

Radar reports, "In the coming days Radar Online will present an in-depth investigation into the history, teachings, and practices of both the Bergs and the Centre that raises troubling new questions about Hollywood’s most fashionable cult. Radar’s findings include:

• The false claims the Centre has made about its distinguished origins.

• The Centre’s solicitation of freelance ghostwriters on the website Craigslist, to help the Bergs write “scholarly books on Kabbalah, some of which the writers are encouraged to model on new-age best-sellers.

• The previously unreported lawsuit that charged Philip Berg with copyright infringement and plagiarism.

etc. etc. etc

NY Daily News has some great summary points that make you go Hmm.

Yes, it's weird that some of the most famous celebs try to convert their friends to Kabbalah, but I am way more confused by Scientology and the craziness behind that religion/cult. Madonna seems much more together than Tom....
