Hey there, I'm Karli Bulnes. Kate Middleton spent Valentine's Day solo. We've got the details of her day in PopSugar Rush. Kate Middleton was without Prince William on her first Valentine's Day as a married woman, but she had no shortage of admirers. An 8-year-old boy presented the Duchess with a bouquet of roses during her trip to Liverpool today and said "sorry Prince William cannot be here." Plus, she was greeted with loud cheers as she exited her car. Kate made the trek to check in with several of the charities she supports — the Alder Hey Children's Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House, and Action on Addiction, where she sipped on a non-alcoholic drink that's been named "The Duchess" and clapped along during a special performance. But the cute kids who greeted Kate weren't the first to shower her with Valentine's Day gifts . . . . . . Even though Prince William is currently serving out his six-week deployment in the Falkland Islands more than 7,000 miles away from his wife, he reportedly managed to send a card and flowers from afar.
