Kate Moss Does The Right Thing

After taking off for a ski trip in the French Alps, Kate has finally gone back to the UK to talk to police about the coke scandal. Here she is on her way to do the deed. She will not be arrested or charged at this time. She is simply there to answer their questions. AP reports:

Moss was spoken to "under caution" for 80 minutes before leaving without speaking to reporters. To be spoken to under caution is an arrangement under English law that means police can use a person's answers as evidence in any future proceedings.

Police said they would eventually submit a file to prosecutors depending on the investigation's outcome. Prosecutors will eventually decide if any charges should be brought against Moss.
