It looks like things are heating up between Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom! On March 16, the pair was spotted packing on the PDA during a casual beach outing in Malibu, CA. The famous duo was all about each other as they locked lips while sitting on a bench overlooking the ocean. Also there was Orlando's dog, Sidi, who laid by the actor's feet and didn't seem to mind what was going on above him.

This is just the latest we've seen of the rumored couple since they returned from their romantic getaway in Hawaii earlier this month. During their time in Kauai, Katy and Orlando proved they were definitely an item, holding hands and sharing a few sweet laughs together.
