Extra, Extra! Kristen Stewart Gets Caught Up on the News

Kristen Stewart had a studious and social Saturday in LA, smiling and laughing with her friend as she made her way to a library and newsstand. With her spectacles on and Smartwater in tow, Kristen clutched a magazine and envelope while checking her phone. It wasn't all so serious, though — at one point, the actress traded her geek-chic frames for a pair of sunglasses and ditched the paper for a smiley stroll.

Kristen has been out of the spotlight during the party-filled pre-Golden Globes week in LA. Last Sunday, she joined a group of friends for an alfresco dinner in Malibu, CA.
