Lauren Conrad and her boyfriend, William Tell, ran errands together in West Hollywood yesterday. They popped up just as MTV announced that it will be rerunning episodes of Laguna Beach and The Hills all Summer, starting on Monday, July 8. The network also confirmed that it will air an alternate ending to The Hills on Friday, Aug. 9. In case you need a refresher, the original series finale showed Kristin Cavallari saying goodbye to Brody Jenner and leaving Hollywood. Once Kristin drove away, the camera panned out and showed that the entire ending had been staged and took place on a set, a nod to the scripted scene rumors that surrounded the show's final seasons. While Lauren didn't take part in The Hills' finale, Brody revealed to MTV in 2010 that he did film an alternate ending with Lauren back when the show wrapped. He said, "In one of the other endings [that we filmed], Lauren was in it. She had come back into the show for the last episode. I come back home and basically Lauren's at my place . . . and we filmed this whole kind of lovey-dovey scene." However, Brody also admitted that the cast and crew filmed multiple endings, so Lauren may not be in the alternate scene that MTV airs in August.
While LC and Brody may have ended up together in one version of The Hills, she appears to be very happy with her current beau, William. Lauren told Marie Claire magazine earlier this month that William is "good" for her and that "he understands a lot of things that people don't always get."
