Ten months after giving birth to Monroe and Moroccan, the pop star performed for the first time at Gotham Hall in NYC last night, wowing the crowd with her voice and her figure-hugging black dress. Mariah told the audience that the twins were at home for the evening since it was their bed time, but they were still on the new mom's mind, as she dedicated her hit "Always Be My Baby" to her little ones. MARIAH CAREY: "Boy don't you know you can't escape me, ooh darling, 'cause you'll always be my baby." ROBIN: You say you're working on something. MARIAH: I'm working on something now. I'm trying to get this song done next week . . . . It seems motherhood has not slowed Mariah down. She recently revealed on Good Morning America that she's working on new music, and she tweeted this photo of herself in the studio earlier this week. And in the middle of all of this, she also squeezed in time yesterday for the christening of Disney's new cruise ship, Fantasy. Nick Cannon was by Mariah's side for yesterday's events, but he's also been in the spotlight recently due to health concerns. He told People magazine at an event on Wednesday that his kidney failure earlier this year was the result of an autoimmune disease, but that it's all in order now and he's just focused on his family and his wife.
