Michael Bublé Says His Relationship With Emily Blunt "Didn't End Because of Cheating"

Michael Bublé addressed rumors that he cheated on ex Emily Blunt for the first time this week. The couple was linked from 2005 to 2008, and in an interview with ET Canada, the singer said, "Emily is a beautiful and loving person, and I'm grateful for the time I had with her, for the relationship. Without it, I wouldn't have had a chance to fall in love with myself enough to be with a woman like my wife." As to why he and Emily split, Michael added, "It didn't end because of cheating. It ended because we weren't right for each other, and we are now exactly where we're supposed to be in our lives."

Michael's comments come just a couple weeks after Emily addressed the cheating rumors on The Howard Stern Show. After Howard brought up their relationship, he said, "But that was heartbreaking. Because he was not faithful." Emily sighed and said, "Well . . . I don't know if it was . . . I don't know, it's complicated. Now I'm going red!"

In any case, both stars are now happily married. Back in July, Michael and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, announced that she's pregnant with their second child. Meanwhile, Emily and John Krasinski have the look of love down, regularly sharing sweet moments on the red carpet and most recently enjoying a cute date night in NYC.
