Miley Cyrus is certainly having a moment right now, but can she outshine Mariah Carey, one of the biggest female pop stars of all time? Well, that depends on who you ask. Miley and Mariah both took to the stage at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo, Monaco, on Tuesday night. Miley closed the show with a very dramatic live version of her hit, "Wrecking Ball," flinging herself around a room set while wearing a rather modest green gown. Meanwhile, Mariah got everyone moving at the beginning of the award ceremony when she launched into her new song, "Meteorite." Both of the singers won awards on Tuesday, with Miley scooping up the world's best female artist and world's best video for "Wrecking Ball," while Mariah claimed the pop icon award and the special achievement award.
Of course, Miley and Mariah weren't the only Hollywood stars who were representing in Monaco. Other guests included Nina Dobrev, Ricky Martin, and a very '90s-looking Pamela Anderson.
