Nicki Minaj Calling Out Miley Cyrus on Stage at the VMAs Was Very Real

Miley Cyrus found herself in a sticky situation at the MTV VMAs on Sunday. After winning the award for best hip-hop video for "Anaconda," Nicki Minaj took the stage to express her gratitude . . . and anger. Nicki sweetly thanked her pastor before turning her attention to Miley, who made headlines earlier this week for calling Nicki "not too kind." "And now, back to this b*tch that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley, what's good?" Nicki said as she stepped away from the mic. Miley, who looked visibly taken aback, responded by saying, "We're all in this industry. We all do interviews and we all know how they manipulate sh*t. Nicki, congratuf*cklations." Nicki's mic was then quickly turned off, and she was seen calling Miley a b*tch before the cameras stayed on the host.

While Nicki tweeted "Lmfaooooooooooooo" shortly after the moment, E! is reporting that her anger was very real. This also isn't the first time the rapper has called out a fellow pop star. Just last month, Nicki tweeted about the VMAs and its underlying racism, and Taylor Swift butted in thinking it was a dig at her. The two have since buried the hatchet and even took the stage together at the beginning of the VMAs. It looks like the world will have to just wait and see with this one.
