Hey there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw. This year's Academy Award nominees are a distinguished group but it's not their first time on the famous Oscar carpet. The red carpet treatment. Well, not getting your shoes dirty, right? Brad Pitt was a wide-eyed newcomer in 1992 when he arrived at the award show with Juliette Lewis but she was just the first of his many Oscar dates. There was Gwyneth Paltrow in 1996, Jennifer Aniston of the Vanity Fair Oscar party in 2000 and Angelina in 2009. This year Brad's back for Moneyball, where he'll be sharing the carpet with Angelina again and his other nominees. That we get to get together and pay respect, it's really nice. Michelle Williams is up for her third nomination since her first shot at Oscar for Brokeback Mountain back in 2006. Who can forget that Vera Wang dress? Fashion was on her mind again in 2011. How do you guys maneuver down the red carpet in those heels and what are you planning in terms of making it comfortable for yourself? Well, these are like the same shoes that I've been wearing to pretty much everything for the last month, so I've made peace with them. Michelle straight ahead. She showed off a Chanel number that year and all eyes are on the stylish star again this month as everyone wonders what she'll wear. Oh, gosh, I wish I had something to tell you, but I don't. Mr. Clooney, back here? Where are you? Oh hi. Mr. Clooney, that, see I win an Oscar it's Mr. Clooney. Mr. Clooney struck Oscar gold his first time at the Academy Awards, winning for his supporting role in Syriana before coming back again, and again. In 2008, he was nominated for Michael Clayton and brought Sarah Larson. And in 2010 he had Elisabetta Canalis by his side and a little something to take the edge off. And you know, look, just so you know. George is nominated again this year for The Descendants, but Oscar or not, clearly he's just having a good time. It's fun to catch up and it's fun to see people that I like and that I have seen in a long time. This year marks Viola Davis' second time up for Oscars. She first stood up at the award show back in 2009, when She was nominated for Doubt, with Meryl Streep. You's hurt my son to get your way. The former co-stars will face off against each other this year for best actress. But Viola seems in it to win it. Yes! Speaking of Meryl, who has been to Oscars more than she has. She won an Oscar in 1980 and in 1983 and she kept coming back to the show as an nominee for a record 17, yes, 17 times. I don't get tired of it. For her it's all about schmoozing with famous pals like Philip Seymour Hoffman, Penelope Cruz and Nicole Kidman with and without Tom. And this year Meryl's giving it another go for The Iron Lady. Many men have underestimated me before. Jonah Hill may be facing his first Oscar nomination this year here but it's not his first time at the awards show. In 2008, he was enjoying his new found fame from Superbad with his friend Seth Rogen and he's still pinching himself that he gets to do again this year for Moneyball. Being overlooked for not being the obvious choice for something and that's exactly a good metaphor of what I'm doing standing here right now. Win or lose this year, this certainly isn't the last time we'll see these stars at the Oscars. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. All right, thank you all. Have fun.
