Penelope Cruz joined her Venuto al Mondo director Sergio Castellitto and costar Emile Hirsch last night for the opening ceremony of the 29th annual Turin Film Festival. Margaret Mazzantini, who wrote the novel on which the movie is based, also attended with her husband Sergio. Penelope's been shooting the project for the last few months with Sergio and Emile, traveling from Bosnia to Italy. The picture's slated for release next year, and, in addition to the Turin celebration, they've also begun promoting Venuto at the Rome Film Festival.
