Pharrell Williams is a busy man. Not only is he the producer and singer behind two of the season's biggest hit songs — "Blurred Lines" and "Get Lucky" — but he also returned to write and perform music for Despicable Me 2 after penning songs for the first animated film. We sat down with Pharrell in LA ahead of the movie's release to talk about why he thinks people are craving more optimistic, fun music and why he can "never" predict which of his songs will become massive hits. He also talked about working with Beyoncé Knowles on her upcoming album and why "it's her time."
