While Brad Pitt has been hitting the movie theater and gearing up for Cannes, Angelina Jolie is already abroad for a more serious cause. She visited The Hague in the Netherlands today to witness the trial of Thomas Lubanga, a Congolese warlord facing charges of using child soldiers. Angelina called it a "landmark trial for children," and her roles as both mother and activist make it no surprise that she made it a point to be there. While today she's focused on civil rights, tomorrow she'll be slipping back into her movie star shoes as she gets glamorous to join Brad on the red carpet.
