Blake Lively broke from shooting the final episodes of this season for Gossip Girl and threw on a trench coat for a night out in Brooklyn yesterday. She joined theater-lovers Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard, who live in the borough and are currently starring in Checkhov's Three Sisters, at the Brooklyn Academy of Music's 2011 Gala. The actors gathered along with Claire Danes, Hugh Dancy, and Hugh Jackman to celebrate Geoffrey Rush, the current star of BAM's Diary of a Madman production. Geoffrey is also coming off an incredible award season, having been nominated for an Oscar for his role in The King's Speech. Blake, meanwhile, is getting used to being back in the US after a trip away to Paris, where she was fêted once again for being the new face of Chanel's Mademoiselle handbags — check out some behind-the-scenes shots from her shoot with Karl Lagerfeld.
