So...there are ten movies nominated for best picture and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 wasn't one of them and Midnight in Paris was?!?  Demonstration of the foolishness that is the Oscars http://sevencostanza.blog.com/2012/02/23/the-oscars/

There are surly a lot of iconic moments in the pictures like Matt Damon, Clint Easwood, Helle Berry with their Oscars and liked the Brad & Angie's not winning the Oscar moment too beacuse they are my favorite and wish Brad will win the Oscar this time and i'll love that moment more than anything!!!

Demi's dress in 89' kicks ass!! can't believe that it was only 1989 when that was a red-carpet winning gown.. ahhaha.. it seems like it should have been 18th century or something..

the oscars don't mean what they used to if any two bit can win them. Nina in Black Swan wasn't certifiably crazy like Eve was in Three Faces Of Eve 54 years earlier. nor was Portmans win bittersweet like Woodwards was correct Woodward had miscarried her first child 6 weeks before the ceremony and felt like going to that in the wake of losing a child was wrong. but in that photo you could see how proud Paul was of her

I used to be so excited about Oscars. Now, it's just plain boring, meaningless, only vanity fair. It has always been shameless vanity fair, but fascinating one. Now movies are becoming less and less interesting, old generation of fine actors is fading away and the new generation doesn't have this essential sparkle. I don't care about Academy Awards anymore.

Michelle Williams has changed so much. The happy girl is gone. She is always somber now, even when she smiles.
