Sandra Bullock arrived at New Orleans's Warren Easton Charter High School yesterday ready to cut the ceremonial ribbon at the new campus health clinic she helped fund. Much like Brad Pitt and his work with his Make It Right foundation, Sandra is dedicated to helping the Louisiana city as they move forward five years after Hurricane Katrina. While in NOLA, Sandra found time to chat with Matt Lauer — it's her first televised interview, scheduled to air tomorrow on The Today Show, since announcing the adoption of her son, Louis, and divorcing Jesse James earlier this year. Despite all the upheaval, Sandra still considers herself to be a lucky person. She spoke to Matt about Louis's adoption, saying, "Everything works out the way the universe wants it to work out. We had always said that it didn't matter where the child came from. If they had issues that were medical issues, we didn't care. It's like the child that needed us in the home is the child that's going to be placed."
