PopSugar Poll: Are You Interested in Hearing Jennifer Aniston's Ideas For a Friends Movie? 2010-06-09 12:05:00

Are You Interested in Hearing Jennifer Aniston's Ideas For a Friends Movie?

Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston both attended a women in film event last week, and rumors quickly circulated that they may team up for Scream 4. Those stories were shot down, but Courteney confirmed that the best friends do still talk about making a Friends movie. Apparently Jen has ideas for a plot, though Courteney says she's not sure it can pull off what Sex and the City did. She said, "The thing is, the characters from Sex and the City hopped all over Manhattan. On Friends we were always stuck in the apartment and that coffeehouse. . . a lot of things would have to break just right for it to work. But we've daydreamed about it." Courteney has reservations, but we're wondering — are you interested in hearing Jen's ideas for a Friends movie?

I'd love to see a Friends movie, years later with everyone's new lives. You wouldn't need that set because they'll all live in new places. You could use them closer to their real ages. I'm sure most fans would agree they'd see it.

I'm not interested in anything aniston has to say....except maybe if she was talking about going into hiding

About the only good thing about Friends was Phoebe... But I don't know if Lisa Kudrow would want to go back in time, any more than Courteney Cox would. I mean they've moved on: Lisa has her new series, "Who Do You Think You Are" [tracing actors family trees - producer] & Courteney has "Cougar Town" [unless it's been canceled], right?-I'd rather watch marathon reruns of "Golden Girls"; "The Carol Burnett Show" & "I Love Lucy" - then "Friends" any day.

Meh, it was funny as a sitcom, but I don't think it would be funny in full-length movie form. Plus, it might be hard finding all of the original cast to be in it, and without them, Friends is nothing. So meh. Not really, "no" not interested, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yes! Friends is the best show EVER. I agree with Courtney, however, it was the chemistry of the actors, not the sets that made the show. I would watch them anywhere!

I would rather them do a movie now instead of waiting 20 years and doing a reinvented Friends movie with a whole different cast.

Friends has always been my favourite tv show so yes! I think they should do it, it would definitely be a winner.
