Hey there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw. Prince Harry says he's headed to Afghanistan in today's PopSugar Rush! HARRY: "When the chance arises or when I'm told to go, hopefully I'll be allowed to go." Prince Harry is reporting for duty! Harry has been open about his desire to serve in Afghanistan, and now after completing his two-month stint of military training here in the states, it sounds like the young royal is finally getting his wish. TresSugar editor Annie Scudder is here with more. Prince Harry attended The Sun's Military Awards on Monday night along with Prince William and Kate Middleton, and he was overheard telling guests at the event that he'll most likely be deployed for Afghanistan next year where he'll finally put his years of helicopter training into practice. "I'll fly whatever I'm told to fly and I'll fly wherever I'm told to fly." This will actually mark Harry's second tour in Afghanistan. He served as a battlefield air controller in late 2007, but he was pulled out of the country after the media leaked details on his whereabouts. It shouldn't come as a surprise then that for now, the palace is not confirming this latest news.
