"I felt amazing on the stage. I felt like I shined in my dress. Then I got off the stage, and Twitter was all abuzz," The Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson admitted on the Today show Wednesday. The 24-year-old former swimmer and current voice-over actor lost 60 percent of her body weight and went from 260 pounds to 105. On Today, she argued that she was unhealthy before the show, not after, and lost the weight over seven months. She added that the reaction surprised her, since she "felt proud" of everything she accomplished. After Rachel's dramatic weight loss earlier this month, the show's trainers also spoke out, saying health was a main criteria. And Rachel said she would continue to find a balance. See how she's doing in this clip.
