Reese Witherspoon got touched up by two makeup artists on Monday to make her face look weathered on the set of Wild in Portland. Reese plays Cheryl Strayed, the real-life woman who wrote about her 34-day solo hike in the Pacific Northwest in her memoir, Wild. Considering that most of the film revolves around her in the wilderness, Reese had to look like she had been rolling around in the mud for over a month, and she even shared a shot of her dirty face on her WhoSay account last week.
While Reese was hard at work on Monday, it also marked the end of her filming schedule for the flick. She wrote yesterday, "Thank you Cheryl Strayed for the laughter, sweat, tears, wisdom, and the incredible journey I will never forget."
