Ron Howard came out last night to support the 21st annual Alzheimer's Association's A Night at Sardi's event. We caught up with the legendary actor-turned-director on the purple carpet to talk about what drew him to last night's charitable, and very musical, event. Ron was also exited to chat about the fan-favorite Arrested Development, which is being rebooted as a series on Netflix.
