Sandra Bullock held hands with her son, Louis, on the way to a birthday party in LA yesterday. She carried a wrapped present as she and Louis made their way into the festivities, and Louis later emerged with a balloon and party favor. Although Sandra spent Sunday celebrating one of Louis's pals, she is coming off of her own birthday celebrations since she turned 49 on Friday.
Sandra was able to ring in her own special occasion with much-deserved downtime since she recently wrapped a big press tour for Summer flick The Heat, which most recently took her to Australia for a premiere earlier this month. The success of the comedy, which also stars Sandra's real-life pal Melissa McCarthy, has sparked interest in a sequel, but it appears Sandra is not yet on board for a The Heat 2. In a recent interview, Sandra shot down the sequel rumors, saying, "I know they say 'never say never', but right now, I can't imagine it. I don't want to ruin what Melissa and I had. If a miracle happens where [a script] shows up that really and truly outdid the first and provided an experience that was better than the first one, then I would look at it. But I'm not there."
