Sarah Paulson Fondly Recalls the Time She Snuck Up Behind Cher and Sniffed Her Hair

When Sarah Paulson stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday morning, she couldn't help but gush over two people she deeply admires: the woman she plays on American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, prosecutor Marcia Clark, and . . . Cher? Ellen got the ball rolling by questioning Sarah about what happened when she met the real Marcia. "I drank a lot of tequila with her," she laughed. "I made a lot of weird, sort of squeal-y pig noises. I was so excited."

The actress also noted that her role on the real-crime show has earned her tons of fans, including the iconic "If I Could Turn Back Time" singer, who tweeted happy birthday at the actress. "I met her at a party, and by met her at a party, I mean I used my nose to part her hair from behind just to smell it," she added. Totally normal, Sarah.
