Should Rosie Check Out Early?

We're sure most of you have heard by now about the ugly feud that took place the other day between Rosie and Elisabeth on The View. It went from terrorism talk to Rosie's "sad" blogging to the latest rumors of Rosie's writers defacing pictures of Elisabeth. Obviously, there's still a lot of tension between the two, but Rosie is only signed on for three more weeks on the show. What do you think - should Rosie check out of The View early?

Yes, Rosie, go. Don't come back. I think Rosie O’Donnell is a bully who shoots her fat flab mouth off with an endless diatribe of pedantic pulp thinking that the world cares about what her stinky hole has to say. And while I do not believe her flatulent comment 'who are the terrorists?' was an illicit attempt to name the good people serving our nation as 'the terrorists’, I do believe it was directed specifically at the American people. It was sheer lunacy on her part to think she could communicate effectively with her petulant, ignorant, and undisciplined mind. Then, after her blathering landed her in poop soup, she had the audacity and self-righteousness to misdirect the media's infinitely minute attention span to her 'friend' Mrs. Hasselbeck whom she accused of being 'cowardly' for failing to rise to her defense. I am sure that Mrs. Hasselbeck was simply dumb-struck by the fact that Rosie could be so highly compensated and yet still be such an ill-mannered and incompetent cretin as to land herself in the odiferous snatch patch she was in. Further, it showed great restraint on the part of Mrs. Hasselbeck to keep the knife sheathed rather than further O’Donnell’s self impugnment by launching, as I think ‘Rosie’ would do, into a bullied attack of vehement and overbearing disagreement. Rosie’s arguments are scatological. They lack coherence of thought. She rambles, seldom completing a point and dominates (read: bullies) kinder and more polite people through relentless, rude, and overbearing (read: sh**ty person) behavior. And to cap it all, after trashing her 'friend' and making her the scapegoat for her own recklessness, Rosie says she will probably ‘never talk to Mrs. Hasselbeck again.’ For the Hasselbecks, one can only hope. Farewell Rosie, adieu, aw-piew. g'bye!

It's amazing that Rosie sat quiet for so long during the argument when EH had so many "facts" misconstrued or just plain wrong. If you're gonna start an argument, at least know the facts before you open mouth and insert foot. I listened to Al Gore too... after I saw Apollo win!I will miss Rosie . She's done a lot for the show, but I don't think she needs to subject herself to anymore for only 3 weeks. Life is too short.

I watched the video of Alicia snubbing Elisabeth. Poor Elisabeth, the look on her face was kind of priceless though! And I want Rosie gone as soon as possible!

I love Rosie and everything about her, always have. I think it's very unfortunate that she's leaving and sad that this particular fight caused it to happen sooner. I'll support Rosie in anything she does and I hope it's very soon and I have access to it. She's pretty amazing and this season of The View was the best ever. I think Rosie is better suited for greater things.

They are both immature. They are both mothers for god sake. Is this how they will raise their children. Scream and fight until you win a point. Good luck to Rosie's kids.. I only hope her wife is a lot calmer than Rosie. I understand we all have our own opinions.. hence why I NEVER say what mine are here, on that subject anyway, LOL. Rosie just attacks until she wins.. I have someone like that in my family.. they start name calling or degrading the person until the other gives up limply. I am happy Elizabeth stood her ground.... maybe Rosie can explain why she is so passionate about her thoughts but than when is called on them she cries and runs to everyone to defend her? I am proud of my disdain for TinyTom. I say what I say without needing BACK UP!!

would we be saying she is a bully if she wasnt a plus size woman with a new york accent? if elisabeth was not a young, blonde simpleton? whenever i see rosie and elisabeth arguing, its always elisabeth who starts yelling and who gets flustered. to me it always seems that those who are first to open their mouth are the ones who are bullies or bitches. i think that any female that is willing to put themselves out there and fight for what they believe in, should be applauded.

Also...what I like most about her is that she talks about stuff to the people that you're not supposed to talk to the people about. When something we've been told is physically impossible, she gets the best minds in the world to confirm it. She points out that by the time the "news" gets to the mass audience, being owned by conglomerates with agendas, it has zero resemblance to news anymore. It may be stuff no one wants to hear, but that doesn't mean we don't need to hear. All truth tellers are hated in their time. Most of the people who hate her say they hate her because she's "fat", a "lesbian (they use worse words)", and a "loud mouth." Sounds like simple discrimination to me.

Adios, Ro! I used to like you, but you got all hateful on us! You can't talk "peace" when you spew such bitterness and ugliness/

I like Rosie, I don't like the way she presents herself all the time as a know-it-all, but most of the time I either agree with her in theory or appreciate the point she's making. I think most of the people who rabidly hate her, feel that way for reasons other than her opinions. You're not supposed to be overweight, Rosie! You're not supposed to be a lesbian! You're not supposed to argue with big, tough men who know so much more than you do! I have a feeling she wouldn't back down from a freight train and I admire that.

Alright I guess I'll add my two cents in this whole crapola! I love Rosie.....I love that she's open, stands up for what she believes, yadda yadda...Elizabeth gets on my last good freakin' nerve with all her holier than thou Republican rah rah bs....HOWEVER....I feel that Rosie was outta line in this whole thing. She should have confronted Elizabeth without an audience and hashed it ALL out before ever considering talking about it on the air....

I don't really like Rosie all that much, but I can't stand Elisabeth. When arguing with a republican, Rosie needs to hold her ground!
