The Modern Family actress was nominated for best performance by an actress in a supporting role in a series, miniseries, or motion picture made for television, pitting her against Nashville's Hayden Panettiere [1], Monica Potter from Parenthood, and Jacqueline Bisset from Dancing on the Edge, who won the award. While Sofia lost the award, she still had fun at the show, snapping pictures with celebrities and even trying to wrestle Jacqueline's award away from her at an afterparty.
