Taylor Swift Pens a Heartfelt Tribute to the Victims of the Mass Shooting in Orlando

Taylor Swift has kept mum on her social media accounts following the deadliest mass shooting in US history that took place at a nightclub in Orlando on June 12, but on Friday night she shared her condolences for the victims and their families on Instagram. Along with a photo of all the names of the people who were murdered at Orlando's Pulse nightclub, Taylor wrote, "As you bury your loved ones this week, please know that there are millions of us sending you love and our deepest sympathy in the face of this unthinkable and devastating tragedy."

The "New Romantics" singer joins a number of celebrities who have spoken out about the tragedy. Jimmy Fallon fought back tears while dedicating his opening monologue to speaking about the victims, and Lady Gaga gave a moving speech at a vigil where she implored everyone to "take a real moment and mourn the tragic loss of these innocent, beautiful people." See Taylor's kind tribute below.
