Victoria Beckham continued her adventures in China yesterday for the launch of her fashion line at Lane Crawford in Beijing. Between balancing work obligations and sightseeing, Victoria has been able to sneak in romantic time with her husband, David Beckham, whom she joined in the Asian country on Saturday. On Sunday, Victoria shared a sweet snap of her and David on her Twitter account, writing, "Down time Beijing style!" The couple also spent quality time together yesterday for an appearance on China Central Television and a date night at the Peking Opera, where David took the stage to say a few words. Victoria has been documenting her China tour on her Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, and David also revealed a cute snap of his wife laughing on his own social media over the weekend, joking, "See I told you she smiles." Since arriving in China with her pal Ken Paves, who joined her for her travels, Victoria made an appearance at a Puyi Optical event and fit in a shopping trip to the high-end stores of Beijing's Shin Kong Place. The visit to China also held work obligations for David who was touring the country as part of his duties as ambassador to the Chinese Super League.
Victoria arrived in China following a scary incident involving David last week. Last Thursday, David was forced to cut short his appearance at Tongji University in Shanghai after a stampede erupted among the thousands of fans that turned out to greet him. He later apologized for triggering the incident and also shared his well-wishes for those injured during the fan frenzy.
