Just weeks after the polar vortex brought frigid temperatures [1] to the US, Winter storm Janus is hitting the East Coast with heavy snowfall and even more chilly days. Luckily, this storm is expected to be short-lived [2], and although parts of the Northeast can expect nearly a foot of snowfall, the blizzard should end sometime on Wednesday.
