Hockey Player TJ Oshie Just Scored Our Hearts

TJ Oshie became an overnight sensation when he scored the winning shot in the US hockey team's fierce match against Russia at the 2014 Winter Olympics. The 28-year-old athlete currently plays for the St. Louis Blues in the NHL, but he quickly became a national hero when he scored four of six goals in a shootout with Russia's goaltender, Sergei Bobrovsky. The attention became even more fierce when fans started to notice just how cute TJ is, and he quickly became one of our Olympic boyfriends for this year's games. (Don't worry, Gus Kenworthy — we still love you.) Not convinced that you should join the TJ fan club? Here are a few reasons why you should.

First, the bad news: he has a fiancée.

Her name is Lauren Cosgrove, she's beautiful, and she's expecting their first child.

But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy TJ, right?

Even that dog wants to hang with him!

Speaking of dogs, he looks good with pups.

Here he is cuddling with Lauren's dog. We already know that Olympians and puppies are a winning combination, right?

Did we mention that he loves kids?

Even when his hat is getting attacked.

Seriously, this is just too cute.

TJ made time to bottle-feed his cousin ahead of the Olympics.

He also makes a kinda scary Roger Rabbit.

No amount of natural good looks can make that costume look good. Sorry, TJ.

But, most importantly, he's a world-class hockey player.

Let's not forget that this is the man who lead Team USA to victory against Russia with his killer shots.
