Is Paris Hilton still dating Latsis? Kathy Hilton told ET that Paris and Paris "are still involved; they are just not getting married." Her daughter is just too busy for marriage right now.
We did spot them out together post calling off their engagement. I guess news like this just gets lost with all the craziness from earlier today - somehow the Hilton's try to take back the spotlight, but it didn't really work. The ET report also talked about Paris dressing up to avoid the paparazzi - somehow I think she love to the cameras too much to go through the trouble of a disguise.
