Does Page Six really have the inside scoop on this year's winner? They are claiming it's Matthew McConaughey. He has been looking rather fabulous recently but I wonder if this recent outing of his sexiness may have cost him the title. We know that publicists everywhere are working hard to get their clients to win this award.
He does look fabulous just brushing his teeth.
One more week of LC, Kirsten, Stephen and Jason all together on the same show. NY Daily News reports that the finale next week will have some big surprises for us including some answers about next seasons characters. It will also be commercial free so we can watch the gang, like all teary eyed and, OMG, get ready to start their new lives (half of which end up in LA to try to become actors instead of going to college). There will also be a marathon of the entire season so you can get a serious LB fix all night. The cast will also be live in MTV's studio in Time Square. Fun times.

The ever growing Jessica Simpson empire now has shoes. You can buy them here at Nordstroms. She recently went on talk shows to discuss her latest venture and for some reason the Billy Bush interview went wack. He tried to push her buttons by talking about her recent therapy statements and her marriage with Nick. Billy blogs about his awkward interview and you can read it here. Seems like Jessica's publicist has a tight leash on her these days.

As much as I love my daily pics of Britney, sometimes I do feel bad for her. Could you imagine this as your life. Watch this clip of Britney trying to leave the mall while being swarmed by a team of paparazzi. I'm surprised she did not totally lose her cool. She even kept her southern manners in tact as she said "SIR get out of my way now." Contrary to what many of you believe, she is not totally white trash after all.
Hello! MK and Ashley are at the ACE Awards and MK is totally out and strutting her stuff on the red carpet. She looks happy and super healthy. I am loving their eye makeup. Nice work ladies!

Eddie Murphy and Johnny Gill were out on the town together and this surely won't help those rumors about Eddie's divorce. Many think these two are longtime lovers. They are walking rather close together.

Since the show may not be getting a lot of headlines this year, the firing of an actor might help.
ABC's Desperate Housewives has fired Page Kennedy. He played the guy in the basement that was being held a prisoner by Betty Applewhite. In the episode a few weeks ago we found out he may have been responsible for a teenager's murder in Chicago which is why Betty and her son decided to take off and start somewhere new like Wisteria Lane.
The reason for his firing is for " improper conduct" but did not involve any other castmates. His final appearance on the show will be this weekend and DH is currently casting a replacement. I wonder what really happened.
UPDATE: Mystery Solved by National Enquirer. They report:
The first incident allegedly happened when a young female assistant was sent to summon him for a scene. A set insider said: "He opened his door and was standing there with his private parts hanging out of his shorts. Kennedy then allegedly made a sexually charged remark. A few days later, on October 28, Kennedy allegedly flashed to a female assist.
I just can't resist posting this family. I think they are so cute. It is nice to hear that not everything is peaches and cream for them all the time. Reese recently spoke up about her and Joaquin on the set of Walk the Line. Apparently it took a while for the two to gel. She said he couldn't stand her voice for almost 3 months. Luckily they practiced and in the end supported each other. Of course this could have something to do with Joaquin going off the deep end but we don't want to believe he really thinks there are bugs crawling in his hair.
Reese must still be catching her breathe from trying to stop Deacon from running into the water.
