Who knows what to believe anymore? I never thought Cameron would get married, but according to News of the World, the two are tying the knot this weekend at the lovely Grand-Hotel Du Cap-Ferrat in Nice. Supposedly the hotel staff has confirmed that the entire hotel is booked for a special event. By the way did I mention this hotel ONLY takes cash - and it ain't cheap. Cameron fell in love with the place when they were there last year for the Cannes Film Festival.

So how did the top secret wedding news get out? None other than flaky Ozzy Osbourne. The News reports that Ozzy explained that he would be missing his daughter Kelly's London performance this weekend because they will be at JT's wedding. Opps. Oh Ozzy - I bet Cameron is going to kick you ass - if any of this is actually true.

Update: as expected E! Online reports that the reps for the couple are denying the upcoming wedding.

Meryl to play Anna Wintour
Meryl Streep may have won the role of the most famous fashion editor/insane boss lady in the upcoming movie version of Lauren Weisberger's "The Devil Wears Prada."

So first they bump Jennifer Aniston from a summertime cover and then they are disappointed with the results of the Scarlett Johansson shoot so they may push her aside as well.

Page Six reports that Aniston's rep said she postponed her interview and cover since her movie Derailed was push back to a December date. Or maybe with all the craziness in her life she decided this was not the best time.

So Aniston's replacement is supposed to be the sexy Scarlett. The problem, apparently the actress did not want any bimbo-like pics and now Graydon thinks the ones they have after a 2 day, $50,000 Annie Leibovitz shoot are just not good enough for VF. All reps say the shoot went well and everyone was happy, so what happened?

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy took the top spot with $21.7M followed by The Interpreter with $14.2M and a close third place for XXX: State of the Union making $13.7M. Nothing else exciting to report while we wait for the big blockbusters to come in less than 3 weeks. Go Star Wars! In fact you can stand on line now and it's for a good cause.

• NBC continues the TV movie Revelations.
• Jack and Bobby is new on the WB.
• Bravo has the another episode of those wacky Showdog Mom and Dads.
• MTV has young Hollywood reading history. The show is, "I'm Still Here: Real Diaries of Young People Who Lived During the Holocaust." A refreshing change from Road Rules.
• America's Next Top Model is new and another crazy skinny girl must go.

Tuesday:

• American Idol is on FOX. We're down to 5. Looks like Scott may win thanks to VotefortheWorst.com. A new House is on after AI
• The Amazing Race is all new - Uchenna and Joyce were in first again. It was a non-elimination last week so this week we'll lose a group. Can Gretchen and Meredith hang in there for another week?
• The Shield is new on FX

Monday

• 24 on FOX - Thanks for bringing back President Palmer. I have missed him this season.
• NBC has all new shows, but the only one worth watching is Las Vegas.
• ABC has theThe Bachelor. The final three go away together with Charlie on fantasy dates. Go Sarahs!
• MTV has Trippin,with Jesswica Alba and Kid Rock.

The horror film was shown at the Tribeca Film Festival last night. I'm pretty sure it did not win any of the prestigious festival awards, but it did bring in the young Hollywood crowd.

Newlyweds Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush look so happy together. I'd watch them on MTV. Maybe they can be the next Nick and Jessica? Sophia gets better looking at every event she goes to.

Paris was doing her thing. She just loves the cameras on her. Not sure what she was thinking with this hairstyle, but it looks like something out of Star Trek or maybe a blonde Queen Amidala look?

Robert Downey Jr. was also there and I just love him so I am adding his pic as well. I think he finally seems at peace with himself and I hope he has some good movies coming out soon because he's been away too long.

Last night in DC a range of celebrities came out for the Bloomberg News "Party of the Year." Some how I think P.Diddy would not agree with the title of the party, but he was not there so let's move on.

Goldie Hawn, Matt Drudge, Kelly Preston, the Williams sisters, Elle MacPherson, and Al Sharpton were in the same room. Also there was the adorable Evangeline Lilly from ABC’s Lost. She looks like a little girl/doll in this dress. She's cute, but I prefer the sexy Evangeline much more than this one.

Also there enjoying his time before his 15 minutes are up is Constantine from American Idol. He looks like he is trying to move on but you can see it in his eyes he is still crushed from his recent vote off.
