Last night on Letterman we did not get any couch jumping, but we did get a lot of love for Spielberg. Yes Tom did his usual giddy Katie talking thing, but he spent so much time promoting Spielberg. I think he is setting himself up in case this movie fails, he wants to make sure he can work with the "genius" again.
There were rumors that a judge was being called in for the show last minute in hopes of a live wedding between Tom and Katie, but it was just one of Letterman's fun jokes. They did actually have the judge there, but no wedding took place. Katie was getting ready for the premiere so she was not even there. Gawker has more pics.

WWD reports that J.Lo's new fragrance, Live, and Britney's new Elizabeth Arden fragrance, Fantasy, will be battling it out this fall. All this right after Sarah Jessica's Lovely launches. Madonna recently announced she is getting into the fragrance world - took her long enough.
I have never been a huge fan of the J. Lo scents, but Curious is fabulous and the ads were super hot so I'm looking forward to see what the pregnant Britney will bring us this fall. Stay tuned.

SI reports that men everywhere are were praying for the Pistons to win so Eva would have to appear on her boyfriend's show in a bikini. She made a bet with John Salley and below are the details:
Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, who is also the girlfriend of Spurs point guard Tony Parker, said during a recent appearance on FOX's Best Damn Sports Show Period that she has a wager with former Pistons forward John Salley. If Detroit wins, Longoria will return to the show wearing a bikini. If the Spurs are victorious, Salley is supposed to appear on Housewives wearing a Speedo.
No wonder she looks so happy in the picture. No word from ABC to know if Salley will really appear on DH.

The Washington Post says sell your stock on celebrity because this recent overabundance of tabloids and celebs who got famous for doing nothing is about to burst. And then Tom Cruise can return to normal. I think this writer clearly missed the Times article about how we can't seem to get enough.
