He was really sincere on Letterman after Dave jokingly removed his phone from his desk. He was apologizing to the people involved and families etc that he hurt. His suggestion on how to avoid this from happening again, "Stay at the Ritz Carlton, and you get a better cell phone system." I'll keep that in mind Russ when I'm trying to call Australia at 4am for a hotel.

Celebrity Justice wrote that headline and I loved it! Apparently lots of lawyers are in discussions now regarding Ms Lohan's recent paparazzi caused car accident.

And since she won't be partying anymore I guess there will be a lot less pictures to snap....however, she looked like she was ready to party last night at the premiere. She all like, "Oh Brad."
