Kristin Cavallari from Laguna Beach (I didn't even know they had last names) is talking trash about our girl Lindsay. She said that Lindsay freaked out when she walked in on her and Talan "just sleeping." Page Six reports the Kristin said :

"One night when [Lohan and fellow 'Laguna Beach' star Talan] were dating, I slept in Talan's bed, I mean, I was fully clothed, wearing a long T-shirt — nothing went down," she says, her lips creeping into a smile. "Then at, like, 6 a.m. Lindsay comes in and freaks out! She starts crying, going 'Aaargh!' and slams a glass on the table. I was like, 'Are you kidding me right now?' Talan had to tell her to leave."

How dare she start spreading rumors about Lindsay. Who the hell does she think she is? Even if she was one of my favorites from LB, now I'm just thinking she is like any other lame reality TV personality trying to get press. Shame on you Kristin.

NY Daily News reports that JC was trying to ditch Tara Reid but the photo tells a different story. They said:

"He knew she would be at the show, so he stayed backstage as long as he could," a snitch tells us. "It wasn't long enough."

Next night at Marquee, there was still no relief for poor Chasez. The party barnacle suctioned herself onto him. "JC got so sick of her, he just left," a spy laughs. "She was so annoying."

I say he's totally thinking, "I could hit this if I wanted to" and he was probably right.

We are happy to report that Lost won the time slot in the ratings with 23 million viewers!!!

We finally know what's down the hatch but the season premiere of one of my favorite shows only left me asking more questions. After trying to figure out some of the clues, the only thing ABC did was leaving me wanting more and more.

First off, Jack's wig looked super goofy.

Last night we watched the final six. Without a doubt the winners have to be Nick with Melody. They were so fabulous doing Broadway and Disco. She's a little sex pot and she knows it. Her stomach is insane.

Thankfully Brian Friedman's hair is back to curly since last week's look was atrocious. Last nights crazy judge award goes to Mary Murphy. Could she scream any louder or longer?

Finally, Rickey.org has all the amazing clips so if you missed it or your in love with Melody and Nick like me, you can watch them dance over and over again.

The SF Daily Dish reports that the Maryland police are investigating claims that some of the kids on Simple Life were offered pot and bourbon from Paris to help them "loosen up." I doubt it will happen, but the police say if she's guilty Paris could face jail time and a large fine.

One of the teens involved has told police, "She loaded myself and two other underage kids on shots of Jack Daniels to loosen us up for the show."

Baltimore Police Detective Chris Schaeffer tells the National Enquirer, "These are serious allegations. We will certainly be investigating them."

A spokesman for 20th Century Fox -- the company behind "The Simple Life" -- insists the allegations are false: "Paris would never endanger the welfare of a minor."

No she would never corrupt a minor - or smoke and pole dance with 16 year olds either.
