Avril Lavigne is going to get all girlie in next month's Harper's Bazaar. Page Six reports:

The fashion glossy transformed the sour-faced, tie-and-camouflage queen into a modern-day lady (think Sienna Miller) with a little help from Chanel and Gucci. "I'm starting to feel more feminine. I'm getting into hair and makeup and image," the excited 20-year-old singer tells the mag, which calls her temporary new look "Twiggy for the 2000s."

She's been a fun one to watch grow up. It was cool that she had a unique punk thing, but I like the Chanel wearing woman with a huge rock on her finger much better than the young sk8er boy girl with a tie. I can't wait to see how they dress her up in this issue of Harper's.

But one reveller insists the split couple didn't look like lovers: "They were just chatting as they danced. They seemed like good friends, nothing else."

I certainly did not vote for that. What "People" did? You all know I am a fan of Jessica's even though I am insanely disappointed in her recent actions, but if there is one thing I think it is that Jessica should not do, it's sing. It's painful. Besides I think Pimp Daddy Joe was just not happy about all the press Ms Lohan got this week so he had to drum something up for his girls. The People's Choice Awards are on CBS on Jan 10th and Jess was nominated for favorite song, "These Boots Are Made for Walkin." Here's the recent OK cover which I think sucks - nice headline Jess. The Nick side of the story is much better.

Wouldn't it be great if we got a little peace and quiet from Paris for a few months? It is very unlikely but the girl is in some serious trouble and we think the best solution is to send her away. It may make her appreciate all the luxuries in life she has. And it may also make for an interesting season of The Simple Life.

Anyway, Paris Hilton is being sued for $10 million from Zeta Graff for slander and harassment claims. She will be appearing in court on Jan 17th. It's the ridiculous heiress vs heiress cat-fight that has everyone talking. Gawker has the best round up of the case so check it out here.
