Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz came out to celebrate The Fountain's NY premiere, and also the first film of Darren Aronofsky's in six years! You probably remember the last one was Requiem for a Dream. This time around he has written a very ambitious tale based on his own graphic novel. The story spans over 1,000 years and both Hugh and Rachel get to play multiple characters. Sounds pretty interesting. The film opens this holiday weekend.

Jaime sure does clean up real well! The My Name is Earl star left the cut-off jean shorts and acrylic nails that she wears on the show at home. Instead she slipped into something a little more classy for the ABCs, a benefit for breast and prostate cancer in Beverly Hills. She finally admitted last week that she is four months pregnant, saying she couldn't lie about it anymore. At this point I'm sure it was just too hard to hide! Congrats Jaime - you look adorable.

Paris promoted her perfume earlier this week at Macy's in SF after she completed her world tour to promote herself. Paris might catch a lot of slack for her self-centered, anything goes lifestyle but every once in awhile she'll do something to impress us. Yesterday lots of celebrities were on hand to raise money for Kevin Spacey and his Old Vic Theater at Fifty in London, but Paris ended up giving the most - of herself that is. Here's more:
While Sir Elton John, Elle Macpherson, Claudia Schiffer, Jude Law and Dame Judi Dench were generous enough to hand over $5,000 a plate for the lunch, Paris Hilton was the most generous of all - or maybe she just wants to meet a rich guy. Jude evidently split with Sienna because he was tired of her partying and wanted to focus on what matters most, his kids! And it looks like he's wasted no time doing it. The holidays are upon us and that means that it's time for family. And look how cute Jude is with his little ones, Rafferty, Iris, and Rudy. He's obviously a totally devoted daddy no matter what's going on with his personal life. Hopefully he can find someone who feels the same way.

Is the National Enquirer really right about this breaking news story? Did LL overdose on a mixture of coke and painkillers? Is this when she wrote her official statement about Robert Altman? We did think she sounded a bit off but we hope this story is not true. It would be a shame. We have been worried about her and now we hear this. Let's hope the holiday news doesn't turn tragic. In a blockbuster world exclusive story, The ENQUIRER has learned that an out-of-control Lindsay Lohan overdosed on a deadly cocktail of cocaine and painkillers on Nov. 12.
A doctor raced to Hollywood's Chateau Marmont after a friend of the 20-year-old actress found her unconscious in a drug-filled hotel room.
Although the doctor was able to revive the hard-partying star, he was horrified to discover a "stash of cocaine and a pile of prescription drugs" in the room, an insider told The ENQUIRER exclusively.
The doctor flushed the cocaine down the toilet and bagged up seven different prescription drugs, according to the insider.
"The doctor insisted, 'This girl had a serious drug overdose. She has to go into a hospital and then into rehab.'"
Lindsay refused to be treated at a hospital or enter rehab.
