Neil Patrick Harris is the latest celeb to come out thanks to Internet rumors and speculation. I have loved Neil Patrick Harris as Doogie Howser, M.D. and I still love him as the hilarious Barney in How I Met Your Mother. I talk about this show a lot. It's totally the new Friends that not enough people are watching. Anyway, here's what Neil said:

"The public eye has always been kind to me, and until recently I have been able to live a pretty normal life. Now it seems there is speculation and interest in my private life and relationships.

"So, rather than ignore those who choose to publish their opinions without actually talking to me, I am happy to dispel any rumors or misconceptions and am quite proud to say that I am a very content gay man living my life to the fullest and feel most fortunate to be working with wonderful people in the business I love."

Penelope was a busy lady on Thursday night, first attending the AFI Fest where she was honored and then an after party hosted by Chopard. Despite all the attention, she still managed to slip out and make an outfit change. Love it! She wasn't always such a glamour girl, though. In fact, growing up in Madrid in the 70s her family opted for more of a bohemian lifestyle. “We were kind of hippies,” she says fondly of her family. “On Sundays, everyone cleaned the house together, wearing no clothes, with great music from Prokofiev to Prince to flamenco.” Wow! I would never peg her for a nudist.

Lindsay was on GMA this morning to promote her latest film Bobby, but that was not the only thing LL had on her mind. She revealed that as much as the cameras follow her around, the excessive attention doesn't bother her and she even realizes the press can help one's career. LL said, "They don't drive me crazy. It's fine if you're going to follow me. … But don't run red lights. You're going to hurt someone." We hear you LL, especially with your driving - you don't need the extra pressure.

It's a sad week of breakups - first Reese and Ryan, and now TMZ is reporting that Chris Rock is divorcing his wife of almost 10 years. And just like Reese, Chris has hired a high power attorney to represent him. Rock's people have no comment at this time. We hope these 2 can keep it civil for their 2 kids, 4-year-old Lola and 2-year-old Zahra.

Kevin doesn't want to be known as a dead beat dad. He wants to prove to us that he works hard and wants to support his many kids instead of living off his wife's fortune. Kevin has been posing for a clothing line, releasing his debut album and is now planning to write a book about his life. He said, "The book is definite. It will be a biography of my life until I met my wife, so people will better understand who I am." However he admits he won't be tackling the project on his own: "I haven't done it yet. You know, I'll get a ghostwriter in there." We had a feeling he'd have a ghostwriter.

We love that so many cute guys we don't often get to see showed up to celebrate the big opening in West Hollywood, especially James Franco. Oh, and what would a party be without Paris? The BAFTA/LA Cunard awards are quite popular with the ladies. Halle stood out in her hot pink dress while Rachel Weisz, Kate Walsh and Robin Wright Penn also got all dolled up for the big event last night in L.A. The big winner of the evening was Clint Eastwood who took home BAFTA's Stanley Kubrick Brittania Award for Excellence in Film. It honors individuals who have dedicated their lives to advancing the entertainment arts. I wonder if he will put this next to his Oscars?
