Ryan Seacrest is helping Dick Clark host his New Year's Eve special again this year, and Christina will be performing for the show. Ryan admitted to hoping to get some action from the blonde when the ball drops at midnight. He said, "Last year I got lucky with Mariah (Carey), so hopefully at that moment she's right there." Watch out Jordan - you may want to stay close to your wife when the clock strikes.
The Jolie-Pitts spent Christmas in Costa Rica and now they're in Panama where apparently Brad and Angie are considering investing in a $56 million project and buying land. But don't think for a second that the generous couple is roughing it. They'll supposedly be back to the Four Seasons Resort in Papagayo on Costa Rica's northern Pacific coast in time to celebrate the new year. Here's more:
Accompanied by their three children, a nanny and a personal chef, the Jolie-Pitt entourage, registered as "the Black family," have been staying at the resort since last Friday, the report said.
The hotel's Web site describes the facility as "spilling down a lush mountainside to an isthmus of golden sand," and says room rates range from $470 to $6,800 a night.
Jessica didn't want a prenup before she married Nick since he was the rich one. However, the tables turned and Pimp Daddy Simpson fought hard to keep his little girl's money in the family. Nick knew he wasn't going to get half, but he did want more than the initial BS $1.5 million offer from the Simpson's. After all, Jessica's empire grew after the couple became a hit for being those adorable MTV newlyweds. Lucky for Nick he doesn't care as much about money and he has moved on with a new love. As for Jessica's recent depression, well maybe it has to do with the fact that she just settled with Nick for an undisclosed amount but supposedly significantly more than their initial offer. This should be good news to someone who can still afford a private jet even if she stiffs the valet.

As 2006 comes to a close we asked you what the new year will bring. Some of you were very positive predicting weight gain for Nicole Richie, a huge come back for Britney and more celebrity babies (and this was before we even knew about Julia Roberts being pregnant). Some of you are still hoping JT and Britney will be a Pop power couple in 2007 while others think Angelina will be over Brad and on to someone new. Gwyneth and Apple look cute all bundled up in England. Gwyneth is one of our favorite celeb moms and we love seeing pics of her out and about with her kids. Apple and Moses are super lucky little ones - they got to celebrate both holidays this year. A source said, "Gwyneth made sure her family celebrated both Christmas and Hanukkah. Chris accepted Gwyneth's desire for the children to be brought up understanding their proud Jewish background, even at this early stage."

Their recent love connection has left Hollywood celeb watchers wondering what happened to Mary-Kate's rumored beau, Max Snow. Olsen and London were spotted at Chateau Marmont again on Wednesday night, dining with Kirsten Dunst and a gaggle of other young women. Our spy said, "they chatted it up" and sat together "cozily with his arm around her most of the night." Insiders tell us the two "have been spending a lot of time together." Olsen was also spotted with London on Tuesday as the two shopped and had lunch in Beverly Hills.

We knew Paris had to be getting paid a fortune to head to Sydney for New Year's. Her New Year's rate was supposedly only $100K but now Page Six is reporting that Paris is being paid a whopping $1 million for her duties down under. She is there to help judge a beauty contest to find the face of the new beer company, Bondi Blonde. If that is true no wonder she was all dolled up in the latest and greatest LV goods. Bitch can afford anything with a pay check like that for just a few days work.

The stars get lots of help to make sure they stay in perfect shape. They showed off their bodies on stage, the red carpet and of course the beach. There are a few who stood out this year and they made us want to hit the gym immediately! So who do you think has the best body this year?
Reese has been coming out of hiding a little more since her split with Ryan. She's had lunch with friends like Jennifer Garner and attended events like when Dolly Parton was honored.
